Description
2000i electronic ignition unit from Dynatek for Harley’s from 1970 to 1999. The 2000i is a programmable ignition system that has the flexibility and reliability found in all Dynatek ignition products. Choose from dual or single fire, set maximum rpm with the rev limiter and ignition advance curves with on board dip switches. Good for kick start bikes as it fires immediately. Can also be programmed with optional software for further tuning. Has tach connection and can be used with the stock Harley VOES (vacuum operated igniton retard switch).
**Recommended coil primary resistance is 2.5 to 3.5 ohms. Also recommended to use carbon, graphite or spiral core spark plug wires.**
